Wooden Toys Wholesale
Buying wooden toys wholesale, direct from the factory
Wholesale buyers need three things from a supplier: a price that leaves margin, a shipment that arrives consistent with the sample, and paperwork that does not become a problem at the border. Buying direct from the manufacturer addresses all three, because there is no sourcing layer between your order and the production line.
We supply importers, wholesalers, distributors and chain retailers in Europe, North America and Oceania from our own plant in Yunhe, Zhejiang.
How wholesale orders are structured
- Single-category orders. One product line bought in depth — the simplest route, and usually the best price per unit.
- Mixed orders. Several items combined into one shipment so you can test a range without committing to volume on every item.
- Consolidation. We can build one container from multiple items, which is how most first orders from a new buyer are structured.
- Carton marking. Shipping marks, item codes and per-carton quantities to your instruction, so goods can be received without repacking.
Price, MOQ and terms
Price depends on the item, the quantity, the material and the packaging — which is why we quote against a list rather than publish a table. In-stock wooden toys start at 50 pieces per item; heavily customised items carry a higher minimum than catalogue items, and we will tell you plainly where your target volume sits relative to that. Samples are charged per item — in-stock items are usually dispatched within 48 hours and custom sampling takes about 10 days — and the sample fee is deducted from the bulk order once the order for that item reaches 1,000 pieces.
Standard terms are a 30 percent T/T deposit in advance with the balance before shipment; final terms are confirmed with your order.
Lead time and shipping
A typical production cycle is around 30 days after order confirmation, subject to order complexity, material and quantity. Wholesale orders that involve printed packaging need a little longer, because the packaging is produced to your artwork before the toys are packed. Shipping is arranged to your forwarder or quoted with the order, and we prepare the commercial documents and carton documentation your customs broker will ask for.
Documentation you will need
- Commercial invoice and packing list
- EN71 (EU) or ASTM F963 (US) test reports covering the items shipped
- CE declaration where the product is placed on the EU market
- FSC and BSCI certification documentation on request
The certificates we can publish are on the toy safety standards page.
Where to start
The volume categories for wholesale buyers are wooden puzzles, building blocks, balance bikes, Montessori toys and baby toys — but the fastest way to a useful quotation is to send us the list of items you actually sell, with target quantities and your market. See the FAQ for MOQ, samples and lead times, or send your list now.

Frequently asked questions
Can I mix different items in one order?
Yes. Mixed orders and container consolidation are how most first orders from a new wholesale buyer are structured.
What is the minimum order for a wholesale item?
In-stock wooden toys start at 50 pieces per item. Customised items carry a higher minimum, which is confirmed with the quotation - send your list with target quantities and we will confirm per item.
Do you publish a wholesale price list?
We quote against your list instead, because price depends on the item, quantity, material and packaging. Send your list and target quantities.
What are the payment terms?
Normally a 30 percent T/T deposit in advance with the balance before shipment; final terms are confirmed with your order.
Which documents come with the shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list, and the EN71 or ASTM F963 test reports covering the items shipped, plus CE declarations or FSC and BSCI documentation where relevant.
