What is in stock
Around 78 wooden toy items are held in production across 19 categories, from balance bikes and puzzles to play kitchens, kids furniture and playground equipment. Popular items are produced in batches so that repeat orders can be scheduled quickly.
The categories we run include wooden balance bikes, puzzles, building blocks, Montessori toys, chess and board games, play kitchens, drawing boards, doll houses, rocking horses, push walkers, toy vehicles, role play toys, cutting play food, DIY craft sets, baby toys, kids wooden furniture and playground equipment. Stock depth moves with the season, so we confirm current availability against your list before you commit to a quantity.
Order quantities and pricing
The minimum order for in-stock items is 50 pieces per item, and mixed items can be combined in one order. Pricing is quoted factory direct from Yunhe, Zhejiang, with volume breaks as quantities increase.
Send the item numbers, quantities and destination port and you get a quotation that shows the price per piece at your quantity, carton size and carton weight, units per carton and the total number of cartons. Quotations can be issued EXW or FOB, and we work with your forwarder or introduce ours.
Samples
In-stock samples are usually dispatched within 48 hours. Sample fees are charged; the fee is deducted once your order for that item reaches 1,000 pieces.
Samples are sent as the production item, not a special build, so what arrives is what your own customers will receive. For a mixed trial order we can send several items in one consignment so your buyers can compare finish and packaging side by side.
Documents and shipping
EN71 and ASTM F963 test reports, BSCI and FSC documentation and product specification sheets are available for your buyer or customs file. Packing is quoted as export carton, pallet or retail-ready, and we work with your forwarder or ours.
The document set that usually travels with a wholesale shipment: commercial invoice, packing list, the EN71 or ASTM F963 report for each item, FSC documentation where the wood is certified, and the CE Declaration of Conformity where that market requires it. A specification sheet per item is issued with the order when your retailer or customs broker needs one.
How a wholesale order is placed
- Send your item list, quantities and destination port.
- We confirm stock availability, carton data and the price at your quantity.
- Samples are dispatched if you want to check the item first, usually within 48 hours.
- Order confirmed with a 30 percent T/T deposit and the balance before shipment.
- Goods inspected against the approved sample and packed, around 30 days after order confirmation for items that have to be produced.
- Shipping documents issued and the goods released to your forwarder.
Repeat orders and stock cover
Wholesale business is decided by how the second and third shipments compare with the first. Because repeat runs use the same automatic woodworking and painting lines, colour, thickness and finish stay consistent. Order history is kept per item and per customer, so a repeat order can be quoted and scheduled against your previous quantities and carton data.

Mixed orders and consolidation
A mixed order is normal rather than an exception: several items, each at its own 50-piece minimum, can be combined into one shipment. Each item keeps its own carton size, its own carton mark and its own test report, so your warehouse can receive and list them separately. If you buy from more than one Chinese supplier, we can consolidate in Yunhe and hand a single set of shipping documents to your forwarder.
After-sales and spare parts
If something arrives wrong, send photographs of the carton, the carton mark and the item itself. Units damaged in transit are replaced with your next shipment, and where a fault traces back to production we replace the affected pieces rather than leave you to carry it. Spare parts such as wheels, hardware and small components can be added to a repeat order, so a single failed part does not mean re-ordering a whole carton.

- The destination port and the Incoterm you buy on, EXW or FOB.
- Whether you want export cartons only, or retail-ready packaging with your own branding.
- The document set your customs broker or retailer requires, so it is prepared with the order rather than after it.
