MOQ is 50 pieces per item for in-stock wooden toys. For OEM, ODM and private-label projects the MOQ depends on the product and the level of customization, so send us your target item and we will confirm the exact quantity.

Yes. Our in-house R and D team supports full OEM and ODM customization, including product design, logo printing and tailored packaging for private-label brands.

Our wooden toys are produced to comply with EN71 (EU) and ASTM F963 (US) safety requirements.

A typical production cycle is around 30 days after order confirmation, subject to order complexity, material and quantity.

Yes. Samples are charged and priced per item. For items already shown on this website, samples are generally available and are usually dispatched within 48 hours. For custom or OEM/ODM development, please allow about 10 days for sampling. The sample fee is deducted from your bulk order once the order quantity for that item reaches 1,000 pieces.

We generally work with a 30 percent T/T deposit in advance and the balance before shipment. Final payment terms are confirmed with your order.

Standard export carton packaging is used, and we can design tailored packaging and private-label branding for retail and brand customers.

For the European Union you need EN 71 test reports for the item and its age grading, CE marking, an EU Declaration of Conformity and the technical file behind it. Since 13 December 2024 the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) also requires a responsible person established in the EU for the product to be offered for sale. For Great Britain, toys have to meet the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011; CE marking continues to be accepted on the UK market, UKCA marking is the UK route, and the importer name and address have to appear on the toy or on its packaging. We supply the test reports and documentation for the items you order, and we set the artwork so the markings and the importer details you give us are printed correctly.

Yes. Several of our ranges are already sold through Amazon, Etsy and comparable channels. Marketplace listings usually ask for more than the legal minimum: a Children's Product Certificate and ASTM F963 test report for the United States, EN 71 reports with CE or UKCA documentation for Europe, photographs of the tracking label and the importer address on the product and the carton, and a clean product image set. Tell us which channel you sell on and we will send the document set that matches it.

Yes. We book pre-shipment inspection after the goods are packed and before the container is loaded, and an inspector from the agency you choose - SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, TUV or a local company - is welcome in the plant. The inspection is commissioned and paid for by you; we do not charge for the visit or for the time it takes. Send us your AQL level and your checklist before the date is booked, so the inspection covers the points that matter to you.
