Do you support OEM/ODM and private label?
Yes. Our in-house R and D team supports full OEM and ODM customization, including product design, logo printing and tailored packaging for private-label brands.
What safety standards do your wooden toys meet?
Our wooden toys are produced to comply with EN71 (EU) and ASTM F963 (US) safety requirements, and BSCI and FSC certification documentation is available.
How long is your production lead time?
A typical production cycle is around 30 days after order confirmation, subject to order complexity, material and quantity.
Can I order a sample before bulk production?
Yes. We produce pre-production samples so you can check material, colour and craft before mass production, then confirm details before the full order.
What payment terms do you accept?
We generally work with a 30 percent T/T deposit in advance and the balance before shipment. Final payment terms are confirmed with your order.
What packaging do you offer?
Standard export carton packaging is used, and we can design tailored packaging and private-label branding for retail and brand customers.

Yes. BSCI and FSC certification documentation is available on request, together with the EN71 and ASTM F963 test reports that cover the specific items you order.
Can I visit the factory or see a video tour?
Yes. Send us your travel dates and we will arrange a factory visit, or a live video tour of the production lines if you are unable to travel.
