What a factory-direct supplier changes
Most suppliers of wooden toys in China are trading companies: they take your enquiry, place it with a factory they do not own, and add a margin on the way through. We are the factory. Orders are quoted, sampled and produced in our own plant, which changes three things that matter to a buyer.
- One margin, not two. You buy at the manufacturing price instead of the manufacturing price plus a sourcing fee.
- Changes are production decisions. Altering a component, a colour or a carton is decided on the line that makes it, not negotiated with a third party.

How a first order with us runs
- Send the list. The items you sell, target quantities and the market you sell in — a spreadsheet is ideal.
- Quotation. We come back per item, with the minimum order quantity we can work to and the packaging options that fit.
- Samples. Catalogue items are usually dispatched within 48 hours so you can check material, colour and craft.
- Order and production. Around 30 days after order confirmation, subject to complexity, material and quantity.
- Inspection and packing. Goods are checked against the approved sample, then packed in export cartons or retail-ready packaging.
- Shipping. We prepare the commercial documents and the test reports your market requires, and ship to your forwarder.

Which certificates come with the goods?
EN71 test reports for the EU or ASTM F963 reports for the US, covering the items shipped, with CPSIA and Children’s Product Certificate documentation for US importers. FSC chain of custody and BSCI documentation are available on request.

Yes. We supply importers, wholesalers, distributors, chain retailers, toy brands and online sellers in Europe, North America and Oceania, and we pack retail-ready with your barcode and carton marks.
How do shipping and documents work?
We ship to your forwarder or quote the freight with the order, and we prepare the commercial invoice, packing list, carton marks and the test reports covering the items shipped.
How long from order to shipment?
A typical production cycle is around 30 days after order confirmation, subject to order complexity, material and quantity. Orders with printed packaging need a little longer, because the packaging is produced before the toys are packed.
In-stock items can be ordered straight from the wholesale wooden toy programme, which covers 50 pieces per item, mixed orders and container consolidation.
