Yunhe Kid Times Toys & Games Factory is a wooden toy manufacturer and exporter based in Yunhe County, Zhejiang Province, China, the country's main wooden toy production cluster. Our factory was established in 2007, giving us 19 years of wooden toy production experience and a workforce of 80, and we have supplied importers, wholesalers, distributors, retailers and toy brands across Europe, North America and Oceania for almost two decades.

Our 6,000 m2 standardized production plant is run by a team of 80 on automatic woodworking and painting lines. We produce eco-friendly educational wooden toys, including wooden puzzles, building blocks, Montessori toys, doll houses, play kitchens, balance bikes, push walkers, bead toys, role play sets, board games, children's furniture and playground items.

OEM, ODM and private label

An in-house R&D team supports full OEM and ODM projects, covering product design, logo printing and tailored packaging for private-label brands. Pre-production samples are supplied before mass production so you can check material, color, craft and packing.

Typical OEM wooden toy work covers size and colour changes, logo printing or new packaging on an existing design, with the tooling and the sampling both handled in our own plant. Private label wooden toys are produced under your own brand with your retail box and barcode, with the MOQ confirmed per item, while stock designs can be ordered from 50 pieces per item through the wooden toys wholesale page.

Safety, certification and quality control

Products are manufactured to EN71 (EU) and ASTM F963 (US) safety requirements. together with the EN71 and ASTM F963 test reports covering the exact items you order. We use sustainable wood materials and non-toxic water-based paint, and multi-stage QC inspection runs from incoming material through to final packing.

Working with us

MOQ is confirmed per product, order volume and packaging requirement, and a typical production cycle is around 30 days after confirmation. Send us your target market, product list and packaging requirements and we will come back with a quotation.

Stock designs start at 50 pieces per item so a distributor can test a design before committing to a container, while custom and private-label production MOQ is confirmed per item. How an order starts

1. Your requirements. Send an item code, a photograph or a drawing, the quantity per item, the destination country and your packaging or branding requirements through the contact page.
2. Quotation and samples. You receive a quotation per item with the specification sheet and the test reports that belong to it, then pre-production samples for approval.
3. Production and shipping. Production runs about 30 days from confirmation, followed by final inspection, export packing and the shipping documents.
