The factory calendar is the one fixed constraint in a wooden toy order. Why the documents are issued per item

A single catalogue file cannot answer a compliance question. A test report is only valid for the item and the material combination it was issued for: a report for one puzzle does not cover a different puzzle, and a report for a painted item does not automatically cover an unpainted version of it.

Importers building a technical file for their own market need the report that matches the purchase order, not the report that matches the category. That is the version we send. If you are comparing suppliers, this is also the quickest way to tell them apart: ask for the report that names one item code, and see whether the code on the report matches the code on the quotation. How to request a catalogue or a document

Send the item codes or product names you are quoting to info@china-wooden-toys.com.
Tell us the destination country and, if your buyer has one, attach their compliance checklist.
Tell us what the documents are for: a quotation, a sample approval, or a shipment.

We normally answer within one working day. In-stock samples leave within 48 hours; custom sampling takes about 10 days.

Documents when you order under your own brand

Under private label or OEM the paperwork changes: the declaration of conformity and the importer labelling are issued in your company's name, and the artwork, barcodes and age marking have to be signed off before production starts. Tell us at quotation stage if the range is going out under your brand, and we will send the packaging specification together with the product data.
