This policy explains what happens to the information you send us when you ask for a quotation, request a sample or place an order, and what you can ask us to do with it afterwards.

What we collect

• What you send us. Name, company, country, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the products and quantities you are interested in, and the content of your messages.
• Files you share. Drawings, artwork, specification sheets, barcode files and photographs you send so we can quote or produce your order.
• Order and shipping data. Delivery address, contact person, forwarder details and the documents needed for export and customs.
• Basic technical data. Our web server records standard request information such as IP address, browser type and the pages viewed. We use it to keep the site working and to see which pages are useful; we do not use it to build a profile of you.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry and send a quotation; to develop and produce samples and orders; to arrange testing, packing, shipping and export documentation; to provide after-sales support; and to keep the accounting and customs records we are legally required to hold. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to, and we do not sell your information to anyone.

Our legal basis (EU and UK visitors)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: legitimate interests in responding to a business enquiry and running our website; performance of a contract once you place an order; consent where you have actively opted in, for example to receive our catalogue updates; and legal obligation for tax, accounting and export records.

Who we share it with

Only where it is needed to complete your order: the freight forwarder, courier or shipping line carrying your goods; the third-party testing laboratory that issues the EN71 or ASTM F963 report in your name; our bank for payment processing; and the hosting, email and analytics providers that run our website. These providers act on our instructions. We never sell, rent or trade your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become orders are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up the conversation where it left off. Customer, order and shipping records are kept for at least five years because export and accounting rules require it. Test reports are held for as long as the item is supplied to your market.

Cookies

This site uses a small number of functional cookies, for example to remember your language or keep a session open. We do not run advertising cookies and we do not track you across other websites. Blocking cookies in your browser will not stop you reading the site, but preferences may reset on your next visit.

International transfers

We are based in China, so the information you send us is processed here. If you are in the EEA or the UK and a formal transfer mechanism is required, we put the European Commission standard contractual clauses in place with our service providers before any data is shared.

Your rights

If you are in the EEA or the UK you may ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, receive it in a portable format, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to your national data protection authority. If you are in China, the Personal Information Protection Law gives you the right to access, copy, correct, delete and withdraw consent, and to complain to the relevant authority. Security

The site runs over HTTPS. Order files and customer records are kept on access-controlled systems and are only opened by staff who need them for your order. No system is perfect, so if you ever spot something that looks wrong on our side, please tell us straight away.

Children

We are a business-to-business manufacturer and this site is aimed at trade buyers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If that has happened, contact us and we will delete it.
