Doll House Manufacturer
Doll houses and the wooden play sets that go around them — market stalls, garages and scenery buildings — produced in our own factory in Yunhe, Zhejiang.
What we make in the doll house and play set line
A doll house is a small piece of furniture that has to survive being furnished, emptied and rebuilt. That is why it is produced like furniture: flat panels, printed faces, accurate slot fitting, and fittings that do not loosen.
- Doll houses and play buildings — multi-level houses with printed walls, floors and removable furniture.
- Market stalls and shops (TS7001) — a counter, a canopy and shelving, the structure that pretend play needs.
- Garages and car parks (TS7000) — ramps, levels and a lift or slide mechanism for vehicle play.
- Scenery and accessory sets — furniture, figures and fittings that ship inside the same carton.
The range sits in the wooden doll houses category, next to play kitchens and role play toys.

Slot fitting and the parts that fail first
Most returns on a doll house are not caused by the wood. They are caused by a slot that is slightly too tight, a screw that strips, or a printed face that peels at the edge. All three are decided before production.
- Tolerance. Panel slots are cut to a controlled clearance so the house stands square without forcing it.
- Hardware. Screws and cam fittings are chosen for the panel thickness, and the pilot hole is drilled at the same setting as the cut.
- Edge sealing. Printed faces are sealed at the cut edge, which is where a laminate would otherwise lift.
Safety for a 3+ pretend-play item
A doll house sold from three years old is tested for mechanical hazards, edges, coating and stability rather than for small parts.
- Stability. Tall houses are tested so that they do not tip when a door or a drawer is pulled.
- Edges and points. Every panel edge is rounded or banded and checked after painting.
- Small parts. Furniture and figures are checked, because a set sold under three years cannot contain a piece that fits the small-parts cylinder.
- Coating. Water-based paint applied on the automatic line, verified against the EN71-3 migration limits.
- Documents. EN71 reports for the EU and ASTM F963 reports with CPC paperwork for the US, issued per item.
Freight: the reason a doll house is designed flat
A doll house is mostly air once it is built, so the carton and the panel layout are designed together and the item is quoted flat-packed. Carton volume, not product count, is what a container is paid for.
Hardware and illustrated instructions are packed per carton, and retail-ready packaging with barcodes is produced to your artwork if the item goes straight to a shelf.
Sampling and ordering
Samples are built from an existing house or stall wherever the geometry allows, which keeps the sampling cost down. Custom sampling takes about 10 days and production runs around 30 days after confirmation. In-stock sets start at 50 pieces per item, and mixed orders can be consolidated into one shipment.

Which materials are used for the walls and floors?
MDF and plywood for printed walls and floors, with beech and rubberwood for furniture and fittings. FSC-certified stock is used where the specification allows.
What is the MOQ?
